Lynne Branchflower is a qualified Legal Executive and experienced member of the commercial team at Bury and Walkers. She is Head of the Debt Recovery Department and responsible for manging this busy team who work nationally for clients.
Lynne acts on behalf of a wide variety of businesses and individuals in respect of all debt collection matters. This work is undertaken at both a regional and national level. Lynne routinely represents clients at court hearings throughout the Yorkshire. Where court hearings take place further afield, she has access to a wide network of experienced and effective legal agents who attend on her behalf.
Her focus is to ensure that debts are recovered swiftly and as cost effectively as possible. Clients include Property Management Companies for whom she undertakes legal action to recover ground rent and service charges, as well as forfeiture action to terminate lease arrangements enabling property to revert back to the client.
