I have worked in legal practice since 2002, and I have practiced family law since 2006. 

I am a qualified Chartered Legal Executive Litigator.

I have a broad level of expertise in all aspects of family law, assisting clients with issues surrounding divorce, separation, finances, cohabitation, arrangements for children and domestic abuse.

I am a member of Resolution (a national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation, and other family problems) and I subscribe to their code of conduct.

I am a down to earth, practical lawyer and assist my clients in a productive manner by providing clear advice which cuts to the forefront of the issues involved. I actively encourage clients to resolve their issues via negotiation as opposed to litigation (where possible) as this method often works better for clients in dispute, particularly where there are children involved, and is it more cost effective.  On the flip side of that, I will advise clients to litigate, where necessary, and not waste time and money on fruitless negotiations.”
