David Colley

David has over 6 years experience in Property and Commercial matters and works in all areas of non contentious Commercial and Residential Property matters acting for both landlords and tenants for Commercial property and landlords for residential property. David also deals with business matters and his work has included acting on company acquisitions and disposals.
David has dealt with several multi million pound purchases and sales. In addition David has dealt with assisting our Richard Jones with national lobbying on residential landlords matters on behalf of a national landlords association including drafting speaker’s notes for the House of Lords on amendments to the Housing Act.
David is a regular at the Eddisons’ auctions and specialises in advising clients on sales and purchases of the usual weird and wonderful array of properties going under the hammer.
David has travelled throughout the World as an active member of World Link for Law.
